Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number (if available).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
So chic is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
